Terms & Conditions

This Experience Pass grants one (1) session of up to 3 hours of playtime, with free entry and exit permitted within the 3-hour duration.
Any stay exceeding 3 hours will be charged at the full-day ticket rate.
This pass is available for online purchase only via the official website at uforea.net.
The purchaser must be a Penang residents (with a Penang Address Identity Card). A valid identification card must be presented at ticket redemption.
Each individual is entitled to this promotion once only.
- A maximum of 4 adult tickets and 4 child tickets may be purchased per transaction.
This promotion is valid until 28 February 2026.
- Tickets must be redeemed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Unredeemed tickets after the validity period will be void.
Upon completion of the 3-hour play session, guests must exit the premises immediately and remove the wristband at the counter.
This pass is for family use only.
- Reselling, proxy purchasing, or scalping of tickets is strictly prohibited.
Any guest found not complying with the stated terms will be required to pay the full original ticket price on the same day.
This pass does not include any additional food, beverage, or retail discounts.
During Malaysia national school holidays, guests are required to purchase holiday admission tickets.
This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
