TERM AND CONDITIONS

  1. Scope
    These online booking terms UFOREA are valid for the online sale of tickets and VIP Membership. They complete the terms and conditions of UFOREA.
  2. Order
    1. The order of tickets and VIP Membership is completed with the termination of the order dialogue on the website. The order dialogue will be terminated by clicking the button “complete your order”.
    2. If we don’t receive sufficient approval, authorization or verification of a payment, you can’t proceed with the order.
    3. UFOREA confirms immediately the receipt the order.
  3. Conclusion of contract
    The contract is concluded within the acceptance of the order by UFOREA. The acceptance takes place within the transmission of the QR Code via Mail to the given E-mails address.
  4. Payment procedures
    1. You can pay by credit card, debit card, eWallet and FPX. We accept the following credit and debit cards: Master Card, and VISA. We accept the following eWallets: Boost, TnGopay, Grabpay, Shopeepay, MaybankQR, NetsQR, MCash, UnionpayQR, Setelpay.
  5. Online sales of tickets and VIP Membership
    1. The online tickets and VIP membership are sent to the given E-mail address as QR Code.
  6. Prices, discounts
    1. The prices of online tickets and VIP Membership are final prices.
    2. There are no costs for booking.
    3. Online tickets and VIP Membership are not combinable with other discounts; resale is not allowed; cash payment or refund is not possible.
  7. Redemption, loss
    1. A cancellation of the contract is not possible.
    2. In case of loss, UFOREA allows the guests to enter the park if the identity of the customer can be cleared and the ticket is not used yet. A legal claim does not exist. The loss of VIP Membership card must be reported immediately to UFOREA.
    3. A replacement fee of RM50 will be charged for lost cards.
  8. Privacy Policy
    All data that is transmitted by the customer are handled by UFOREA subject to the applicable privacy policy.
  9. Data Handling
    Data handling on this website collects and saves automatically. Log files informations on your server that are transmitted to us via your browser. These are:

    • Browser type/ -version
    • used operating system
    • Referrer URL (that site that was visited before)
    • Hostname of the PC (IP Address)
    • Time of server request.
      To avoid misuse, the IP Address and time are saved within the ordering process. All other page visits on Book cannot be assigned to certain persons and are deleted after a statistical analysis. A consolidation of these data sources is not anticipated.
  10. Use of Google Analytics
    This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States . Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
  11. Others
    The laws of Malaysia shall apply.
  12. VIP Membership
    1. To become a VIP Membership, the user needs to follow the membership criteria to top up a certain amount in the card.
    2. The credit in the card is only applicable for any purchase of entrance tickets, merchandise items, event tickets and F&B items.
    3. The balance of credit in the card is not transferable and may be revoked by UFOREA at any time without notice.
    4. VIP Membership is for permanent without any changes.
    5. If you lost the VIP Card, please inform UFOREA of the card termination. The balance credit of the card will be transferred to a new card upon request and completion of details verification.
    6. UFOREA is not responsible for any unauthorized use of this card.
