what's inside

A gentle space zone built for toddlers.

The Galaxy Exploration Zone is a gentle, space-themed play area built for the youngest dreamers, with a soft rocket slide designed especially for toddlers under six. A pearl-white rocket rises from the floor, a gentle purple tube slide curls down its side, planets hang overhead and a starry glow lights the whole corner. It is made for discovery, not daring — little ones climb a few low steps, peer out of the rocket and slide down at a speed a grown-up is happy with.

Best for under-6s (ages 1–6). The gentle toddler slide means children who are still finding their feet can explore independently while a parent stays close. Little astronauts “visit the planets,” name the stars and invent their own space stories — sparking curiosity about space and science along the way.

It is also one of the most photogenic corners in the park. The rocket, the hanging planets and the soft glow make for the kind of cute, share-worthy photos parents come back for — a calm, wondrous zone where confidence grows one small adventure at a time.

a little advice

Tips from parents who've been.

one

Perfect for under-sixes.

Visiting with a toddler? The gentle rocket slide is designed for little ones, so this is one of the easiest, calmest zones to start in — a grown-up can stay right alongside the lower deck.

two

Bring your camera.

This is one of the most Instagram-worthy photo spots in our Penang indoor playground. The rocket and hanging planets shoot beautifully — catch the slide moment, then a posed shot by the planets for the share-worthy one.

three

Socks on, checked daily.

Socks are required on the slide to keep it clean and fast, and every surface is safety-checked each morning and cleaned daily.

gentle answers

Galaxy Exploration Zone questions.

Is the Galaxy Zone suitable for toddlers?
Yes — it is built for them, and best for under-6s. The gentle rocket slide is designed especially for toddlers and children under six, so little explorers can discover the planets and slide at a pace that suits them, with a parent close by.
Is the slide fast or steep?
No — it is a gentle, toddler-friendly slide, not a thrill ride. It curls down the side of the rocket at an easy speed, so even first-timers feel brave enough to try.
Why is it such a popular photo spot?
The pearl-white rocket, hanging planets and soft starry glow make for genuinely cute photos — bring your phone or camera and catch them mid-slide or posing among the planets.
