A quick look at how we keep UFOREA safe, clean and fun for every family — the little DOs and DON’ts that make the day lovely for everyone. The full detail lives in our Terms of Visit and Health & Safety.
The quick version.
Please don’t
- No outside food or drinks. The Amuse Café by the entrance serves snacks, drinks and treats — and no chewing gum or alcohol, please.
- No pets. Guide and assistance animals are always welcome.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises.
- No photos of other children without their parent’s okay. Snap your own family freely.
- No rough play or pushing. Keep it gentle so smaller ones stay safe.
- No climbing the wrong way or misusing equipment — slides down, ladders up.
Please do
- Wear grip socks — everyone, every visit. Anti-slip socks are on sale at the counter if you forget.
- Stay with your child. Under-16s need a responsible adult (18+) with them, and every child needs a paying adult.
- Play gently & take turns. Kindness and patience keep the wonderland happy.
- Sanitise hands often. Stations are dotted around — especially before snacks.
- Use the free lockers for bags, shoes and valuables — keep belongings safe.
- Wear comfy, active clothing that’s easy to move and play in.

Getting in & supervision
Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a legally responsible adult (18 or older), and every child needs at least one paying adult with them. For safety, adults can’t enter without an accompanying child.
What to wear
Grip socks are required for everyone on the play surfaces (on sale at the counter). Comfortable, family-friendly clothing that’s easy to play in is best.
Food & drink
Outside food and drinks aren’t allowed inside — it’s a hygiene and allergen policy. The Amuse Café by the entrance serves coffee, drinks, desserts, ice cream and light snacks; for a full meal, Island 88 Mall’s restaurants are a 5–10 minute walk and same-day re-entry lets you pop out and back. (Baby formula, baby food, medically-required food and sealed water bottles are always fine.)
Safety & gentle play
Please supervise your children, use equipment as intended, and keep play gentle — no rough play, pushing or climbing the wrong way. Tell our team straight away if you spot any damaged equipment.
Health & hygiene
For everyone’s well-being, please don’t visit if your child is unwell or contagious. Sanitise hands regularly and use the diaper-changing areas provided.
Behaviour, photos & conduct
Be kind — aggressive or disruptive behaviour means we may ask guests to leave. No smoking or vaping, no pets, and please don’t photograph or film other children without their parent’s consent.
Liability & waivers
Play is at your own risk, and guardians are asked to agree to our liability waiver before entering. Our team has full authority to keep the play area safe for everyone.
In an emergency
If there’s ever an emergency, please follow the instructions from our staff and leave the building calmly via the marked exits.
