Birthday party questions.
When should we book?
Weekend slots are typically booked 4–6 weeks ahead. Weekday slots are usually available within 2 weeks. Birthdays in November and December often book three months ahead — start early if your child's birthday falls in school holidays.
Can we bring our own cake?
A themed UFOREA cake is included with every party package, so there's no need to bring one. To keep the playground safe and allergy-friendly, outside food and cakes aren't permitted — just tell us your child's theme and any allergy needs when you book.
How long is the party room reserved?
Every package books the private room for 3 hours. Need longer? Extensions are possible subject to that day's availability, with extension charges. Guests still have full playground access for the entire wristband day, so most families stay well beyond the room slot.
What if we exceed the package capacity?
Additional guests are RM125 per pax, subject to room capacity. Please fix your final headcount at least 3 days before the party so we can size catering — confirmed bookings are non-refundable.
