Terms of Visit.

1. Scope

These Terms of Visit apply to your visit to UFOREA in Penang and to the online sale of tickets and VIP Membership through uforea.net. By purchasing a ticket or by entering UFOREA, you accept these terms on behalf of everyone in your group, including any children in your care.

2. Tickets, admission and your visit

2.1 Who needs a ticket

• A Child Ticket covers children aged 12 months to 15 years.
• Babies under 12 months enter free, but must show a valid ID or document (for example, to confirm age) on entry.
• Guests aged 16 and above pay the Adult Ticket rate.
• Seniors aged 60 and above enter free.
• Persons with disabilities (OKU) receive 50% off.
• Every child must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the visit.

2.2 Booking and payment

Your order is completed when you finish the booking on our website by clicking “complete your order.” UFOREA confirms receipt of your order immediately. If a payment is not sufficiently approved, authorised or verified, the order cannot proceed. Payments are processed securely in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through iPay88. You can pay by credit card, debit card, eWallet and FPX. We accept Mastercard and VISA, and eWallets including Boost, Touch ’n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Maybank QR, NETS QR, MCash, UnionPay QR and Setel Pay.

2.3 Your ticket and entry

Your ticket and VIP Membership are sent to the email address you provide. Please have your booking confirmation email ready at the counter for admission. Prices shown are final and there is no separate booking fee. Cash payment and cash refund are not available; for rescheduling and any exceptions, please see our Sales Policy.

2.4 Food and drink

For birthday-party guests, any food arrangements provided by UFOREA are agreed in advance with the party host. No outside food is allowed in either the private party rooms or Amuse Café. The Amuse Café by the entrance serves snacks, drinks and treats.

2.5 Health and well-being

If a guest is unwell, we may ask them to leave for the comfort and safety of other families. If a child has head lice (kutu), we will not perform the makeover activity and may ask them to leave.

3. Prices and discounts

• The prices of online tickets and VIP Membership are final prices, quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• There are no additional costs for booking online.
• Online tickets and VIP Membership cannot be combined with other discounts and may not be resold. Cash payment and cash refund are not possible.

4. Behaviour expectations

UFOREA is a shared space. To keep it joyful and safe for every family, we ask all visitors to follow a few simple rules:

• Be kind to other children and respect their turn at popular zones.
• No running outside designated play structures, climbing on barriers, or jumping onto or over equipment in ways it was not designed for.
• Use equipment, costumes and props only as intended. Do not stand on furniture or hang from light fittings.
• Keep food and drinks within the Amuse Café and Party Room areas only.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outside the entrance within five metres of the door.
• No alcohol may be brought onto or consumed on the premises.
• Aggressive, threatening or discriminatory language or behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Please follow reasonable instructions from UFOREA staff at all times, including any requests relating to safety, hygiene or supervision.

Rules by Area. Some zones have a few extra rules so that everyone can play safely. Please help us by following the guidance for each area below.

Makeover

• Costumes, accessories and props are for photoshoots only, maximum 20 minutes.
• For children’s safety and to protect the costumes: no climbing, sliding, playing in ball pits or other active play while wearing costumes.
• Please do not take accessories or props without staff assistance.

Fantasy

• Do not throw balls directly at the LED screen. Throwing balls at the designated interactive wall is allowed.
• Do not hit or strike the wall.
• Do not bring toys into the ball pit.
• We recommend removing valuables from pockets before entering the ball pit; items may be lost or damaged.

Adventure

• No aggressive or dangerous behaviour, including throwing pebbles out of the sand pit or at others.
• Do not put pebbles in the mouth or attempt to swallow them.
• Do not push others while climbing or sliding.
• Do not climb beyond the highest point of the net barrier.
• Net climbing is limited to users weighing less than 100 kg.
• Do not climb up the slide from the bottom. Slides are for sliding down only.
• Makeover costumes are not permitted during active play in this area.

Discovery

• No deliberate or aggressive collisions with others.
• Do not throw pebbles into the trampoline or Swing Ball areas — this may create a safety hazard.
• The Swing Ball and trampoline are limited to users weighing less than 100 kg.
• Makeover costumes are not permitted during active play in this area.

Crane

• Do not climb into or onto the crane equipment.
• Do not hit, damage or misuse the equipment.
• Please seek staff assistance whenever needed.

Reading

• No food or drinks except plain water.
• No aggressive or disruptive behaviour.
• Do not climb onto tables or furniture.
• Books must remain within UFOREA and may not be taken home.
• Do not bite, chew or swallow toys or toy parts.

Shopping

• All items must be paid for before leaving the Shopping area. Theft will not be tolerated.

Paradise

• Do not bite, chew or swallow toys, equipment or loose parts.

Role Play Town

• Do not bite, chew or swallow toys, props or loose parts.

Slide

• Do not throw objects down the slide.
• Do not climb up the slide from the bottom.
• Makeover costumes are not permitted on the slide.
• Do not use dangerous postures or positions while sliding.

Lockers

• Please return the locker key before leaving UFOREA.

Parent Lounge

• Do not sit or stand on tables.
• High-wattage or high-voltage electrical appliances are not permitted.
• No food or drinks except plain water.
• The Parent Lounge is a rest area, not for active play.
• Diaper changing is not permitted here; please use the designated diaper-changing facilities in both washrooms.

Party Room

• Entry only for authorised private events or with permission from UFOREA staff.

Entrance and exit

• Children must not leave UFOREA without an accompanying adult.
• Do not force, misuse or improperly use the entrance and exit gates.
• Please follow staff instructions and the designated entry/exit procedures at all times.
• All visitors must sanitise their hands before entering the playground.

5. Photography, filming and media

We may film or photograph guests, including children, incidentally during our regular daily filming, and during events or play sessions. By joining an event or session, guests consent to being captured. If you do not want your child photographed, filmed or posted on social media, please tell us and we will accommodate your request.

6. VIP Membership

• To become a VIP Member, top up a certain amount on the card in line with the membership criteria.
• The card credit may be used for entrance tickets, merchandise, event tickets and food and beverage.
• The card credit balance is non-transferable and may be revoked by UFOREA at any time without notice.
• Once the prepaid credit is fully used, simply top up again per the original package amount to keep the benefits.
• VIP Membership is permanent, with no changes to its terms.
• If a card is lost, please inform UFOREA so it can be terminated; the balance transfers to a new card on request and after details verification.
• UFOREA is not responsible for any unauthorised use of the card.
• A replacement fee of RM50 applies for lost cards.

7. Lost Property

If you leave something behind, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Items not claimed within 14 days may be donated to a local charity or disposed of, except high-value items, which we will hold longer where reasonable.

8. Refunds, rescheduling and cancellations

All ticket purchases are final and there is no cash refund. A cancellation of the contract is not possible, and tickets are non-transferable and valid for one person only. For how rescheduling works, and for our no-show, medical-emergency and birthday-party terms, please see our Sales Policy.

9. Force majeure and unscheduled closures

Occasionally, events outside our control may prevent us from opening — an “Act of God” or any other event beyond our reasonable control. Where such a closure prevents your visit, we will offer either a full refund of your ticket price or a free reschedule, at your option, arranged on written notice or message and with proof of your booking. We are not liable for additional costs such as transport, time off work, or party-supplier deposits incurred in connection with a closure.
