• Valid for both weekdays and weekends, including public and school holidays.
• One-time redemption per gift set.
• Physical tickets must be presented upon redemption.
• Physical tickets can be self-collected at UFOREA or sent by postage within 5–7 working days after payment confirmation.
• Postage charges may apply — we’ll contact you after checkout to arrange self-collection or delivery.
• The complimentary cake slice can only be redeemed after the ticket holder has entered UFOREA and received a valid admission wristband. The wristband must be presented at Amuse Café to redeem the cake slice.
